Requirements
Education:
SPM graduate or Diploma / Degree (in any field)
Experience:
At least 1 year of experience in interpersonal communication roles (promoter experience is acceptable)
Skills & Traits:
Good at communication and negotiation
Able to work well in a team while also performing tasks independently
Good problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
A strong sense of responsibility and a willingness to continuously improve performance and processes
Responsibilities
Learn all product/service information within the first month.
Conduct follow-up communication and guidance with students and parents via phone or Zoom.
Regularly follow up with potential clients to support conversion efforts.
Respond to customer messages promptly to ensure a positive communication experience.
Accurately record and update all customer interactions and service progress in the system.
