Requirements

  • Education: SPM graduate or Diploma / Degree (in any field)
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in interpersonal communication roles (promoter experience is acceptable)
  • Skills & Traits:

    • Good problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
    • A strong sense of responsibility and a willingness to continuously improve performance and processes

Responsibilities

  • Learn all product/service information within the first month.
  • Conduct follow-up communication and guidance with students and parents via phone or Zoom.
  • Regularly follow up with potential clients to support conversion efforts.
  • Respond to customer messages promptly to ensure a positive communication experience.
  • Accurately record and update all customer interactions and service progress in the system.
