Requirements
- Education:
- SPM graduate or Diploma/Degree (in any field)
- Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience in interpersonal communication roles (promoter experience is acceptable)
- Skills & Traits:
- Good at communication and negotiation
- Able to use simple CRM systems
- Results-focused, proactive, and organized
Responsibilities
- Learn all product/service information within the first month
- Achieve personal targets through inbound (calls, Zoom, social media)
- Follow up with potential customers regularly
- Record all activities in the CRM system
- Work with the marketing team to convert leads into customers
- Give feedback to management on trends and lead quality
